Carla brings more than two decades of executive experience and is a Change Manager, Influencer, Connector and Advocate for our clients.  She has held leadership roles with a cross-section of interesting and forward-driven entities. Her creativity spans across change management, coaching, marketing, project management, communications, and strategic planning. She is known for creating powerful, cohesive teams that reduce overhead, refocus resources, eliminate redundancies and create remarkable results. She thoroughly enjoys working side by side with leadership teams to develop a culture that protects originality but is rooted in sound fundamentals and extraordinary outcomes.
